Contact inquiries

When you use our contact form, we store your name, email address, company (if provided), message, and submission time in Supabase so the HillStreet team can review and respond. Private Cloudflare R2 backups support recovery and are configured to expire after 90 days. Please do not include passwords, payment details, or other sensitive information.

Security and error reporting

Cloudflare hosts the website and processes network requests. The contact service uses a salted hash of your IP address to limit repeated submissions; it does not store your raw IP address in the inquiries table. Sentry receives technical error reports to help us maintain the site. Our application is configured without session replay or performance tracing and excludes contact-form values from its own error reports. These providers may process technical request information under their own policies.
